Depending on your package, bugs in existing features are fixed free of charge and new versions are free for 30, 90 or 180 days. New features and out-of-scope changes are priced separately. When the period ends, your software keeps working; you can extend support if you wish.
The software runs on your server. Whether domain and hosting fees are included is stated clearly at the quote stage. If you'd rather not deal with servers at all, look at the subscription version of the same product or write to us.
